I may need to start drinking coffee again. Not having the energy of the the city pulling me through the day is starting to hit me. I always got sleepy at my parents' house while visiting. But that was okay because technically I was on vacation. Now I can't think that way. Friday I took a nap for no reason at all. Well it rained again, that day. But the nap attack kind of hit me out of no where while on the couch. Today both Kim and I just took a nap. We did take a very long walk at Balboa Park. Then we drove around Sherman Oaks, Westwood, and Santa Monica. I love this quote I read a few weeks ago, "LA is like NY laying down on it's side" or something like that. We hear NY weather was very good this weekend. Ours wasn't bad. Just a little chilly at times.

I already can't remember what we did yesterday. Oh yeah, a little shopping at Crate and Barrel. Thanks again NY gang for the gift card. We got ourselves a leaning book shelf. Hopefully your guys will be able to see it. It's in the guest room. We also did some grilling again.

I got in touch with some of my high school friends. Maybe we'll get together this weekend.
